Now that Dave and I have lived together for five or so months, I feel like things have settled and it's time to polish off our apartment. All of the larger pieces are in place, so I am focused on the details - some new pillows, a few decorative accents, and wall art to bring the whole room together. So tell me, where do you spend and save when it comes to decorating your home? Any favorite places to shop?

  1. I'm kind of in the same boat. I just scored some killer agate bookends at homegoods! Only $12/ each. I'm kind of obsessed, I think I need those coasters as well!

  5. I love west elm and got a great LA print from a website called orkposters.com, I know they make other cities besides LA. Decorating is so fun, but hard because I like so many different things!

  8. I have been feeling like this too. My husband and I moved into our house 2 years ago. We have acquired furniture pieces but we need accessories so it looks like a "home". My mission in 2013 is to personalize our home with framed pictures, accessories, and art.
