When I was younger my mom would get the Calypso St. Barth catalog. I remember browsing through the pages before vacation and thinking that the clothes were for old ladies who wore sarongs {ha}. Fast forward 15 years when Calypso collaborated with Target last year and I was reintroduced to this fabulous resort wear. Clearly, my first impression was wrong {sarongs are cool!} and I can't get enough of their new collection. I mean, how amazingggg is this ikat maxi skirt? I am also mildly obsessed with these silk pants {in pink or orange, yes please!}. If any of you are prepping for a warm weather getaway, it is well worth it to browse through this beautiful site. Some items are a bit on the pricey side, but their lookbook is a fun place to get inspired and work with what you have to create some of their simple looks! Enjoy!

They have several stores here in Manhattan and I've splurged on a few of their dresses... love all of the silk dupioni dresses - so great for summer... but the best time to shop them is their annual sample sale... everything is so inexpensive! It just makes you never want to buy anything at regular price.
