Tibi Layers

     cami // skirt

Remember this Tibi dress that the blogosphere loved so much? Well, thanks to Natalie, I was recently informed that this dress is actually a skirt and a cami. Although the pieces are lovely, I am disappointed that this dreamy "dress" isn't a dress.  There is this dress in the same Arizona print, which is another adorable option.

Would you wear the cami + skirt combo?

  3. I like the cami/maxi because it gives you so many different options. I ordered the cami but cannot pull the trigger on the maxi. It is a little otu of my budget. :(

  4. I agree- wish it was just a full maxi. But love Tibi!

  5. I think I would wear the combo. It's cute together, and then you could wear it separately as well! I vote yes.

  6. I love the print, but I'm with you. I don't love the whole cami and skirt idea...

  7. I like the fact that it is in two pieces because that gives you the option of mixing it with more things but as a dress it was a show stopper. I would love to have both of these pieces in my closet but not in my budget. one can dream.

  8. I have to say I'm in love! I'm a little disappointed that it's a cami and a maxi--but agree with beescloset that you can have the option of mixing it with other things and have that many more options! Obsessed!

  9. I have to agree with you Liz, a little disappointed it is not a dress. Could wear it as one but then you have to buy two pieces instead of one and Tibi is way too spendy for that!

  10. I love the combo better than the dress! Faking a dress seems to be trending... J.Crew does it this season as well!

  17. Love the print of the fabric! The dress would be such an amazing piece to have.

  18. I actually liked that it wasn't a dress, more versatile that way, you can wear it with the matching cami or another one ;)

  19. This print is so much fun, but I don't think I would pull it off as the combo. I think the cami would be such a new, fab touch for the spring season ahead!

  20. I was quite bummed to hear via Natalie's blog that it was a skirt/cami rather than a dress. I am a huge fan of maxi dresses. Still, it's very cute.

  21. It's a pity it's not a dress - I do love the print but it doesn't have the same impact when the cami is on its own!

  22. I think this is a cute combo! It looks like a maxi dress when worn together.

  26. I was so sad when Natalie posted about it too :( I doubt it would look as good as separates in person - why isn't it a dress!?!
