NYFW Inspiration

It's here! New York Fashion Week, and words can't begin to describe my excitement for the fabulous outfits, accessories, shoes, and insanely stylish photos to come. I was invited to a few events that sadly I won't be able to attend this year due to a few client meetings here in Chicago {which I am so thankful for so I can't complain}, but a part of me is disappointed I won't be able to witness NYFW in all of its glory. Oh well, a goal for next year!

I apologize for the radio silence yesterday, I lost a very special member of my family last week and spent Sunday and Monday celebrating her life with my favorite people. Now it's a busy day full of catching up and a couple of photo shoots. I can't wait to share!

PS: I am over at The Urban Slant today participating in Julia's new Leap of Faith series, it is a seriously inspiring feature and I'm so honored to be included!

If it makes you feel better, which I'm sure it wont - but hey - I'll throw it out there, I am leaving NYC for kansas city this weekend. sooo there is some cruel & unusual punishment.

  5. So cool that you got invited to some NYFW events even though you can't attend - what an honor! (and exciting that the reason that you can't attend is because you have client meetings!)

In lighter news-- how cool that you were invited to Fashion Week! I'm very impressed-- I'm scared to put that on my bucket list because I'm sure I'd be setting myself up for disappointment by never receiving an invitation!
