October Color of the Month: Gold

The month of October kicks off the start of holiday season and what better color to describe this magical time of year than gold, of course. I have been a long time fan of this shiny shade, whether it is sparkly interiors, chunky jewels, or a sequin wardrobe - this metallic color just makes me happy.

I tend to rock this lovely shade through accessories, shoes, a few sequin tops and this skirt but have just recently become obsessed with detailing my house with gold accents. I think it is true what they say, all that glitters really is gold.
